Saint Sarah was the maid "black" Mary Salome and Mary Jacobe. She was the wife of Abraham and mother of Isaac.

She is the patron of Roma and Gypsies who honor each year on May 24 during the pilgrpicture to Saintes Maries de la Mer in the Camargue.
