Which countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver to all European countries. Shipping costs for certain destinations may not be automatically calculated on our website. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide you with more information.

Deliveries outside Europe are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination and the items to be shipped.

Which delivery methods are available in the online shop?

We offer you the option of collecting your order from the shop, having it delivered to your home or to a collection point of your choice.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg take place within 48 hours of ordering (for items that are in stock).

Delivery in France and Germany takes place within 3 days of dispatch.

Deliveries to other European countries take place within 5 days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the destination, the weight of the parcel and the delivery method chosen. Prices are calculated automatically based on the items in your basket and the delivery options chosen.

Returns

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to return the item you ordered online within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Please notify us of this using the contact form.

The items to be returned must be in their original condition. Personalized items, sealed products whose seal has been broken, and perishable products cannot be returned.

The return shipment is at your expense and according to the shipping method of your choice.

The parcel must be sent to the following address: BEL-ART, rue de l'Esplanade 49, 4141 Banneux, Belgium.

We recommend that you use a shipping company that allows you to track your parcel and that you keep the proof of delivery.

Will the shipping costs be refunded?

No, the shipping costs will not be refunded as the parcel was indeed sent to you.

How long will it take to receive my refund and how will it be paid?

You will be refunded in the same way you made the payment as soon as we have received and checked the returned goods. We will check your return within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

Return policy for purchases made in our shop.

The Bel-art shop allows items to be exchanged within three weeks of purchase upon presentation of the receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Personalized products, sealed products whose seal has been broken, and perishable products cannot be returned.

No refunds can be requested, but you will receive a voucher for the value of the exchanged product.
