We recommend that you contact us by telephone or via the contact form so that we can assist you further. Some of our items are not visible online. In addition, we offer a wide range of handcrafted items that can be customised to the customer's requirements. For this reason, it is impossible for us to list all items and possible customisations online.

The gold, silver and wood carving items come with a certificate guaranteeing the authenticity of the material from which they are made. This certificate does not cover loss, breakage or damage to the item.
Our loyalty program applies to purchases made both in-store and online. If you have created a customer account on our website, or if one was already created during a visit to one of our stores, your purchases will be automatically added to your account. Please note that promotional or discounted items are not eligible for the loyalty program. Orders that benefit from free shipping cannot be added to your loyalty card either.
If you are unable to place your order online, please contact us by telephone so that we can assist you further. If you do not wish to place your order online, you can place it by telephone. We will take note of your order and send you the invoice. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment.
In Belgium, standard delivery is free on orders of eligible items totalling €100 or more. Eligible items are those sold at their standard price, excluding promotions, sales, discounted prices, promotional codes, discounted bundles, private sales and credit notes. The amount taken into account to reach the threshold is calculated after any discounts have been deducted. The offer applies only to standard delivery and is limited to the actual delivery costs required for the order. In the event of a partial return that reduces the value of eligible items below the €100 threshold, the free delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount. In France and the Netherlands, delivery is free on orders of €120 or more, based on the same principle.
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to create your account.
We are happy to gift wrap your item. Please do not forget to mention this in the ‘comments’ box. If not mentioned, your items will not be gift wrapped.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled as they must be processed quickly in order to meet our delivery deadline. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it. For more information, please refer to our “returns” page.
Please contact our customer service department using the contact form, stating the items you wish to purchase. We will let you know the minimum quantity required to qualify for a discount.
After each stage of the execution of your order, you will receive an email stating the status of your order.
We monitor our stock closely to prevent this from happening. However, if you have placed an order for an item that is no longer in stock, we will cancel this order and refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used to place your order.

The photos of our items correspond as closely as possible to reality, but they are not contractually binding. Some products are handcrafted, which means that some details may vary, making them unique. There may be slight differences between two deliveries (colour, base, etc.). If you are not satisfied with the item, you are of course entitled to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.
The accepted payment methods are: PayPal, iDEAL, bank transfer, Bancontact, Maestro, Sofort and credit card.

Did you make a transfer from a Belgian account? In that case, we will receive your transfer between 24 and 48 hours later (provided there is no weekend or public holiday in between) and we will ship your order the same day. Did you make your transfer from a European account? Then we will receive the money no later than 2 working days later.
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, we request that you make the payment within a maximum of 7 days. If this is not the case, your order will be cancelled.
Payments by bank transfer must be made to account number BE54 0016 9059 3697, quoting your order number and the surname and first name used when placing your order.
Your payment is completely secure. We work with a recognised partner who ensures the security of all transactions on our site.
Payments made via PayPal involve higher transaction fees than some other payment methods. In order to keep our product prices fair and avoid passing these costs on to all customers, these fees are only applied to orders paid with PayPal. Any applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands (to your home or a pick-up point) are made within 24 hours of the parcel being dispatched. International deliveries in Europe are made within 1 to 4 days after dispatch. All orders placed before 11 a.m. are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. are dispatched the next working day.
Absolutely! When placing your order, select “collection from our shop”. You will not be charged shipping costs and your order will be ready for collection the next day.

We deliver to most countries. If your country is not on the list of options, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
You can collect your order from our shop, or you can choose home delivery or delivery to a collection point of your choice (option available for deliveries in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
The delivery cost varies depending on the desired delivery method, the country of delivery and the weight of the shipment.
We do not ship during weekends or public holidays. Our public holidays are as follows: 1 January Easter Monday 1 May Ascension Day Whit Monday 21 July 15 August 1 November 11 November 25 December
The day before delivery, the carrier will notify you of the delivery time by text message or email. At that point, you will have the option to change the time and place of delivery. If you are still unable to be present, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest collection point. The carrier will leave a document in your letterbox with the necessary instructions for collecting your parcel from the collection point.
You can present your invoice at the cash desk of our BEL-ART shop located at Rue de l'Esplanade 49, 4141 Banneux during opening hours. Your order will be handed over to you immediately. Please check the opening hours before you come.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. You can use this tracking number on the DPD website: https://www.dpd.com/tracking
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address for your parcel.
As soon as your parcel is at the collection point of your choice, you will be notified by text message or email.
After one week, the carrier will return the parcel to us and as soon as it is in our possession, you will be refunded (only the value of the items). If you still wish to receive the items, please place a new order or contact us with a request to resend the goods, subject to payment of the shipping costs.
You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the collection point or our shop.
In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to return the item you ordered online within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Please notify us of this using the contact form. Items to be returned must be in their original condition. Personalised items, sealed products whose seal has been broken, and perishable products cannot be returned. Returns are at your expense and can be sent using the shipping method of your choice. The parcel must be sent to the following address: BEL-ART, rue de l'Esplanade 49, 4141 Banneux, Belgium. We recommend that you use a shipping company that allows you to track your parcel and that you keep proof of delivery. Please note that if you benefited from free delivery and your return causes the total value of your order to fall below the threshold required to qualify for this offer, the delivery charges that were originally waived will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
No, the shipping costs will not be refunded as the parcel was indeed sent to you.
You will be refunded in the same way you made the payment, as soon as we have received and checked the returned goods. We will check your return within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
The BEL-ART shop allows you to exchange or return an item that does not meet your expectations within a period of 3 weeks from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt. The item must be in its original condition. No refund can be claimed, but you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned item. Personalised items, sealed products whose seal has been broken, and perishable products cannot be returned.
