Can I place an order over the phone ?  

We can assist you over the phone to help you place your order. You can call us 0032 4 360 02 16

If you don't want to place your order online, we may take your order over the phone and send you an invoice. Your order will be send as soon as we receive the payment.

 


How can be sure that my order is placed ?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. The confirmation email is sent to the email address you used to place the order.


Is it possible to a have my order gift wrapp ?

Of course we can send your order gift wrapped . Please tick the gift packaging option.


Can I cancel or amend my order ?

Orders can't be canceled or amended due to the speed with which orders are processed.

Is it possible to receive a discount if I order an item in big quantities ?  

Please contact our customer service and mention the item and the quantities you would like to order. We will inform you from how many pieces we can propose a better price.


How can I see my order status ?

You will receive an email shortly after you have placed an order and also an email once your order has been dispatched.


What if the item I ordered is no more available ?

We check our stock carefully to avoid that kind of problem but if unfortunately if we are unable to deliver the goods you ordered the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you.


My order arrived damaged or I didn't receive all the items I ordered. What should I do ?

First of all we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service to find the best solution.


  L'article que j’ai reçu ne ressemble pas à la photo du site, que dois-je faire ?

Les photos de nos produits correspondent autant que possible aux articles, mais elles ne sont pas contractuelles. Certains de nos articles sont des articles artisanaux, fait mains c'est pourquoi certains détails peuvent légèrement varier : c'est ce qui les rends uniques. Il peut aussi y avoir de petites différences (teinte, socle, ...) entre deux réapprovisionnements. Dans la mesure où l'article ne vous satisfait pas, le droit de rétraction légal est de toute façon d'application.
